Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is free of shipping costs from a net order value of 100.00 EUR or more. Delivery with the parcel service DPD, POSTNL or BPOST usually takes 24 to 48 hours.

Where is my parcel?

As soon as your parcel is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. You can use this shipping confirmation for live tracking of the shipment (if this service is available for the country you are ordering from). Please note that initial parcel information is only available when the parcel has been scanned at the parcel service’s depot. Therefore, a few hours may pass between the confirmation email and the first entry.

Why hasn’t my order been shipped yet?

Items available for delivery are usually shipped on the same day if you order by 4 pm CET. Orders received after 4 p.m. or on a weekend are processed during the night shift and handed over to the parcel service on the next working day. Goods in transit will be shipped as soon as we receive them. You will also receive a shipping confirmation. Please note that orders with the payment option “Advance Payment” will only be processed and shipped after receipt of payment.

Why is my order split?

We always try to ship an order in one package. We often ship large order quantities or items that are currently not in stock separately to ensure that deliverable items reach you as soon as possible. In any case, you will receive an individual tracking number for each parcel.

Where’s my order, I think it should have arrived by now?

Use the tracking function to check whether your parcel has been left with a neighbor or deposited at a drop-off location. If this is not the case and the usual parcel delivery time to your delivery country has been exceeded by more than 3 days, please contact us via the contact form, stating your order number. Or send I message on your order mail.
