How do I return an item?

Orders from donnykingmedia.be can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the goods. This does not apply to sterile-packed products, in-vitro diagnostics, custom-made products, and underwear. This is how our returns service works:

Please pack the goods carefully (if possible in the original packaging) to avoid damage in transit. 

How can I return my order (customers with a customer account)?

Send a mail on your confirmation mail that you want to return. Then you get from us all the information.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we are in receipt of the goods, we will refund you in full within 14 working days.
